The Blue Scotland Web site ("the Web Site") is owned and operated by Blue Scotland Limited ("Blue Scotland "), a restaurant business based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Please review these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Web Site. Your use of the Web Site indicates your agreement to comply and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All information, services and materials on the Web Site are provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. Blue Scotland uses reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and up to date content on the Web Site but makes no representations as to accuracy, completeness or availability of the content of the Web Site or any content of any other web site referred to or accessed from the Web Site.

Inclusion of content from 3rd Party Web sites linked from the Web Site does not imply endorsement of the linked content or site by Blue Restaurant. Neither shall Blue Restaurant have any liability in connection with them including, but not limited, to infringement of copyright or other rights by any person or entity. Your access to and use of content from 3rd Party Web sites remains entirely at your own risk.
Copyright
All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content on the Web Site reside either directly with Blue Scotland or with entities that Blue Scotland trade with by license. Without the prior written permission of Blue Scotland, you may not copy, modify, alter, publish, broadcast, distribute, sell or transfer any material on the Web Site. However, the contents of the Web Site may be downloaded, printed or copied for your personal non-commercial use. You may re-copy downloaded contents from the Web Site for others provided it is not for your profit.
In the normal course of their business, internet service providers ("ISPs") are permitted to cache the Web Site content as described in the European Commissions Regulations on Electronic Commerce (2002).

Protecting your privacy is important to Blue Restaurant. We hope the following statement will help you understand how Blue collects, uses and safeguards the personal information you provide to us on our site.
When you fill in a contact form you are asked to provide email and name information at a minimum. You may also optionally provide address and company details. Personal information collected in this way will be used to contact you with your requested information or periodic marketing information regarding service news from Blue Restaurant. Blue will always make best efforts to send you information that is relevant to you, and without being over frequent. If you wish to unsubscribe at any time, you may do so by using the contact details below.
Your personal information will be held only by Blue Scotland and will not be disclosed to any third party for marketing purposes.
When you visit the Web Site, anonymous information about your visit will automatically be collected. We use this information only as anonymous aggregate data to determine the number of visitors to different sections of the Web Site, to ensure the Web Site is working properly, and to help us make the Web Site more useful. We do not use it to track or record information about individuals. The Web Site uses cookies to collect this information. Customers may order Blue Restaurant gift vouchers from the website. Once the order has been received and cleared, the vouchers will be posted to the customer. The vouchers may only be used at the Blue Restaurant, Edinburgh and are redeemable for meals on the menus that are current at time of presentation of the voucher. Vouchers are numbered and dated at time of issue and are valid for six months.
Customers using gift vouchers must make a formal booking, advising that vouchers are to be used and providing the voucher number and date.
Vouchers must not be copied or reproduced in any way. Attempts to do so may lead to prosecution.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
